Coordinate and execute testing of new raw and packaging materials to ensure their compliance with quality standards. Participate in product formula improvement and optimization projects:

Actively engage in the development and testing of new formulas aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing cost. Analyze current material and production process issues and find solutions using Lean Manufacturing tools:

Conduct analysis of existing problems and develop effective solutions for their elimination. Drive the development and implementation of innovative digital technologies to support quality assurance initiatives. Relevant experience in project management for at least 2 years.
