Technical Training Instructor (Remote Germany)

<h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>We're hiring for a new Technical Training Consultant to join our European <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a> Learning Services team. The initial focus will be on training customers on Workfront &amp; Target products, but will quickly grow to include other solutions, including the <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a> Experience Platform. Crucially, our Trainers don't just teach customers about our technology, but how to use it to deliver outstanding customer experiences and results for their organisations.</p><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul><li>Deliver training sessions from <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a>'s Workfront &amp; Target &amp; AEP course catalogue, quickly growing to train on other <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a> solutions.</li><li>Deliver live classroom training virtually, at <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a> offices, and at customer offices when required, as well as occasionally recording on demand training courses.</li><li>Maintain expert product knowledge in Workfront &amp; Target as well as their integrations and use cases across the broader <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a> Experience Cloud.</li><li>Showcase domain expertise and practical, real world experience in the fields of analytics and personalisation in your classes.</li><li>Deliver training with empathy for our customers; understand why they want to use our software and guide them on how to reach their goals with our products.</li><li>Understand our curriculum inside and out, customise it for private training sessions and work with our global Curriculum team to improve it.</li><li>Encourage customer feedback on your classes and share insights from this with Delivery Management to help improve our offering.</li><li>Develop sales opportunities and the growth of the business by recommending appropriate learning paths to prospects and existing customers.</li><li>Meet or exceed utilisation expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.</li><li>Successfully manage the software training environment for your classes, while reporting and resolving any issues.</li><li>Be an active member of our global Training and Consulting community, contributing to our collective expertise and internal initiatives.</li></ul><h3>What you need to succeed</h3><ul><li>Ability to teach complex workflows and system concepts in a way that is clear, practical, and engaging.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a> Workfront</b> or <b>similar enterprise work management / project management platforms</b>.</li><li><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a> Workfront Fusion expertise (Workfront Fusion is a plus)</li><li>Workflow automation</li><li>Industry certifications related to Workfront or <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a> solutions</li><li>A passion for digital technology and the application of that technology to solve business problems</li><li>A sound understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics</li><li><b>English</b> and <b>German</b><b>fluency </b>required</li><li>A confident presenter who enjoys sharing knowledge with others.</li><li>The ability to engage an audience, and communicate complex concepts and technical detail in a simple, accessible way.</li><li>Ability to handle a diverse group of customers, partners or employees in training sessions, including an international audience.</li><li>Ability to establish credibility and build confidence quickly and easily.</li><li>Some business travel required.</li></ul><p>At <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/adobe">Adobe</a>, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is <a href="https://www.adobe.com/careers/awards.html" rel="nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">recognized around the world</a>.
