<p>We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital/ Performance Marketing to drive user acquisition through performance marketing and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who can run biddable campaigns efficiently while identifying and managing high-impact partnerships.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple ads, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.</li><li>Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.</li><li>Manage day-to-day campaign monitoring, perform campaign RCA, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Work with internal &amp; external agency/teams to develop engaging ad creatives &amp; copies.</li><li>Leverage programmatic (DSPs) and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency.</li><li>Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives &amp; targeting approaches</li><li>Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic Direct partners to drive customer acquisition.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce).</li><li>Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels of App &amp; Web campaigns on (Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads Facebook Ads, Apple ads, Programmatic channels etc.).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.</li><li>Have fair understanding of MMP i.e Appsflyer, Adjust or Branch etc.</li><li>Good communication and data analytical skills.</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
