Forthis transition, a central team of approximately 18 coaches is active. From thevarious IT components, teams and individuals they support through teaching,mentoring, coaching and facilitating, towards an increasingly agile (IT)organization. Tomorrow's journey starts with you!</p><h3>The Task</h3><p class="MsoNormal">You are as a senior coach part of the coaching team that IT isworking broadly to support the transition to agile working. In this role youwill be employed in the comIT section, where you will work as a scrum master ofa business team. With your seniority you support teams, managers and managementto take the right steps. You give the right direction and where necessary youtake the lead. In this assignment you will work closely with your fellow Agileand DevOps coaches, tool coaches and SRE consultants to grow the differentteams. The current teams are very different: in terms of size, work, maturityand objectives. Because of your broad knowledge and experience in variousfields and transformations, you are also able to provide implementation adviceto optimize the total value chain and then implement it together with fellowcoaches. It is in your nature to share your experience and expertise with yourfellow coaches and the various guilds within the (IT) organization. Objectiveof the coaches: NS IT has a agile and efficient culture and way of working byfocusing our coaching and expertise.</p><h3>What we ask from you</h3><p class="MsoNormal">You are an experienced coach and an expert in applying Lean and Agileprinciples at different levels within an organization. You bring a structuralapproach to the set transformation goals. As a coach you are a good listenerand appreciated sounding board. Being a SAFe consultant is a pre;</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#222222;mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1;tab-stops:list .5in; background:white">Broad experience in this field, at least 5 companies/clients;</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#222222;mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1;tab-stops:list .5in; background:white">Communicatively strong, able to connect well: with teams, within teams, management and colleagues;</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#222222;mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1;tab-stops:list .5in; background:white">High organizational sitivity.
