<p>Lead and coordinate a high-performance manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and operational efficiency.</p>

<ul><li>Coordinate daily production operations and ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules</li><li>Lead and support a high-performance manufacturing team on the shop floor</li><li>Allocate personnel and machine resources efficiently based on production requirements</li><li>Create and manage shift schedules</li><li>Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards</li><li>Lead shift handovers and daily shop floor meetings</li><li>Track production KPIs and escalate operational issues where necessary</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment</li><li>Identify training needs and help develop a flexible, cross-trained team</li><li>Stop production processes in case of quality deviations or safety risks</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or assembly operations</li><li>Previous experience leading or coordinating production teams</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments</li><li>Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of accountability</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus</li><li>Understanding of production planning, safety procedures, and quality standards</li><li>Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or defence manufacturing is advantageous</li></ul>
