From monitoring daily performance, managing listings, tracking keyword performance, and launching promotions this is an all-encompassing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment.<br>This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, strong communication, and Amazon-savvy are key.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Track <strong>account health</strong>, <strong>keyword rankings</strong>, and <strong>product indexing.</strong></li><li>Stay on top of <strong>ClickUp tasks management, Slack, and email</strong> communications.</li><li>Handle <strong>Amazon support cases</strong>, including calls when needed.</li><li>Maintain <strong>keyword tracking</strong> and <strong>DataDive niche dives.</strong></li><li>Create listings and use <strong>flat files</strong> for updates and catalog organization.</li><li>Optimize <strong>titles, bullets, backend search terms.</strong></li><li>Upload new <strong>images, videos</strong>, and submit <strong>Brand Registry</strong> cases.</li><li>Submit <strong>refund requests.</strong></li><li>Manage <strong>Lightning Deals, coupons, discounts</strong>, and <strong>Vine submissions.</strong></li><li>Track the <strong>deal calendar</strong>, work with creators, and analyze results.</li><li>Maintain templates and send <strong>weekly performance reports.</strong></li><li>Update <strong>keyword indexing</strong> and search volume.</li><li>Create and analyze <strong>A/B polls.</strong></li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>2+ years experience in the managing <strong>Amazon Seller Central</strong> accounts.</li><li>Knowledgeable about optimizing listings with measurable keyword ranking improvements.</li><li>Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Fluent in tools like <strong>ClickUp, DataDive, Datarova</strong>, and Amazon flat files.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and highly reliable.</li><li>Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple workflows at once.</li><li>Comfortable working with Time Tracking software.</li></ul><h3>Our benefits</h3><ul><li>Work for a Market-proven, fast-growing company.</li><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Supportive and friendly work environment.</li><li>Be a part of something bigger, where you can have autonomy over your work.</li><li>Fully remote work and flexible working hours (work from whatever place).</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
