<h3>This is a remote position.</h3><div><b>Purpose of the Role:</b><div>To support the broker role and, in their absence, ensuring clients receive seamless quality service.<div><b>Key responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Provide client and administrative support/back up for aligned broker/s ensuring accuracy of information provided. </li><li>Accurately process policy changes, eg new business, renewals, cancellations, etc. </li><li>Manage Monthly Statement process in accordance with Credit Control procedures. </li><li>Assist broker to manage renewals in accordance with Renewal process procedures. </li><li>Ensure all cancellation notices receive urgent attention and no client policy remains current after the Insurer's cancellation date. </li><li>Understand Broker's client base and connections and promote yourself as the key contact in their absence. </li><li>Manage own and broker's incoming and outgoing post. </li><li>Have an overview of client claims, provide support and assistance when necessary to ensure the claim progresses satisfactorily. </li><li>Support smooth running of office – i.e. answer phones, assist with administrative/reception tasks and help other staff as required/requested. </li><li>Comply with Company standards, processes, procedures and policies. </li><li>Adhere to the obligations required of a Financial Service Provider. </li><li>Daily banking </li><li>Payments to underwriters/licensee/referrers </li><li>Refunds to clients </li><li>Following up debtors/declarations etc from clients </li><li>Operating a trust account &amp; banking operations in the broking system Winbeat </li><li>Experience in general Insurance – Personal and commercial </li></ul><br><h3>Requirements</h3><div><b>What We're Looking For:</b><div><b>​</b>• Must at least have 2 years AU General Insurance experience<ul><li>Knowledge in Personal and Commercial insurance products/lines </li><li>Winbeat and SCTP experience </li><li>SME Broker experience as nice to have </li><li>Experience with supporting / assisting AU insurance broker is a must </li></ul><div><b>​</b><br><h3>Benefits</h3><div><b>Why IntoGREAT?</b><div>Competitive Compensation Package: An attractive salary and comprehensive benefits aligned with market standards.<div>Work-Life Balance Support: Paid time off, wellness programs, and initiatives designed to enhance employees' work-life balance and personal productivity.<div>Career Growth and Development: Opportunities for training and development to help employees advance their skills and grow within the company.<div>Supportive Leadership: A collaborative environment with leaders who provide guidance, mentorship, and recognition to empower employees in their roles<div><b>Ready to Shape the Future?</b><div>Step into a role where your skills will fuel growth, inspire change, and create a lasting impact.
