Our Merchant teams are at the heart and soul of Wolt, ensuring that we set all of our Merchant Partners up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience. As Wolt grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our merchant engine must grow with it.

This role is based in Budapest, Hungary, and works closely with our in-market team in Sweden. We offer flexibility - the position is available full time, part-time (20 or 30 hours per week) and is also suitable for students, with a minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week.

What you'll be doing

Upload and maintain restaurant menus and related content in Wolt's internal systems

Make sure menu information is accurate, complete, and up to date

Fix issues and follow up on missing or unclear details with partners or internal teams

Keep track of tasks and progress using Monday.com and other internal tools

Learn and work confidently with our tools, processes, and ways of working

Our humble expectations

You're fluent in Swedish and English , both spoken and written

You're detail-oriented and enjoy working with structured information and systems

You're comfortable with administrative tasks and like keeping things accurate and organized

You're a creative problem-solver who takes initiative when something doesn't add up

You're okay with occasional phone calls with partners based in Sweden

You can work independently and manage your time well in a fast-moving environment

You're open minded who enjoys collaboration with teammates

Nice to have:

Experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role

Familiarity with content management systems or internal tools

Background in gastronomy or the food industry
