Veeva Platform Vault Integration Lead

Job Description We are looking for an individual to join us as Veeva Platform Services & Engineering Lead (Associate Director) to partner with our research laboratories and manufacturing divisions and with our partner with our cross-functional partners across our research laboratories and Human Health

divisions to work with their teams to implement standardized, reusable integration and data patterns, eliminating bespoke interfaces and enabling enterprise connectivity. This role is mandated to support enterprise-first integration patterns rather than implementing divisional point solutions. The position is open in our technology centers in Prague (preferred) and Hyderabad , but also in our offices in Madrid or Budapest , and will be reporting to the Veeva Platform Center of Efficiency Lead. We enable end-to-end enterprise workflows by governing integrations, APIs, and data products across Veeva Vault families –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠

with a strong focus on standardization and reuse (reduce bespoke interfaces, lower risk, improve reliability, and reduce TCO). Key responsibilities Co-own the integration strategy for the assigned business division under the leadership of the Center of Effi ciency Lead Define and implement reusable integration + API patterns (enterprise-first, not point solutions) Partner with divisional SMEs/Product Owners on architecture simplification and retirement of redundant/bespoke interfaces Manage/align data products that support cross-divisional workflows Promote best practices, reuse, and consistency across the platform Requirements 5+ years' experience overall in IT/engineering, including 3 + years' hands-on integration or solution architecture (APIs, integration patterns, data flows) Demonstrated ability to define standard patterns and drive adoption across multiple teams (platform mindset, not “one-off” delivery) Experience integrating SaaS platforms with enterprise systems (identity, data, downstream consumers), including API governance and reliability considerations Ability to work directly with business divisions to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration requirements and fast implementation approaches Strong stakeholder management in a complex, fast-paced matrix environment ; pragmatic, execution-oriented Fluent English (written and spoken) Growth mindset, flexibility, high ownership, comfortable navigating ambiguity Preferred Prior experience with Veeva Vault integrations (beneficial), and/or adjacent regulated platforms (quality/regulatory/clinical/safety) Pharma / life sciences background and familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP concepts) Experience with platform integration capabilities beyond Veeva (general platform experience strongly valued) Practical knowledge of integration tooling patterns (iPaaS, API gateways, message/event patterns), and data-product thinking Master’s degree or equivalent depth in integration architecture / enterprise systems Our Offer Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally Hybrid working model, flexible role pattern Internal reward system plus referral program Up-to-date laptop and iPhone Competitive salary, incentive pay, and many more Ready to take up the challenge?
