In this role, you'll be the <strong>first point of contact for our clients and venue partners</strong>, helping them secure the ideal workspaces and ensuring their experience is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.</p><p>This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, offering exposure to <strong>customer service, sales support, operations, finance, and marketing</strong>. If you thrive on variety, love solving problems, and enjoy working with people, this role is for you.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><h3><strong>Customer Support & Booking Management</strong></h3><ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.</li><li>Assist clients in booking meeting rooms, desks, and offices, ensuring fast and efficient service.</li><li>Manage a high volume of requests, prioritising effectively to meet <strong>service level agreements (SLAs)</strong>.</li></ul><h3><strong>Venue Partner Management</strong></h3><ul><li>Build relationships with venue partners to understand their offerings and ensure accurate listings.</li><li>Source and onboard new venue partners to grow our network.</li><li>Ensure all venue listings meet Tally Workspaces quality standards.</li></ul><h3><strong>Finance & Administration</strong></h3><ul><li>Support <strong>invoicing and payments</strong>, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.</li><li>Work confidently with numbers to handle financial tasks such as reconciling payments and issuing invoices.</li></ul><h3><strong>Customer Retention & Satisfaction</strong></h3><ul><li>Contribute to strategies that <strong>improve customer satisfaction</strong> and retention.</li><li>Capture customer feedback to help improve our service and platform.</li></ul><h3><strong>Ad-hoc Projects</strong></h3><ul><li>Support wider <strong>operational and marketing</strong> initiatives as the business evolves, including data management, process improvements, and campaign support.</li></ul><h3><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></h3><p><strong>Experience in customer support or client services</strong>, ideally within a fast-paced environment.<br> Experience handling <strong>support tickets</strong> and working to SLAs.<br> Excellent <strong>written and verbal communication skills </strong>you can write clear, professional messages and handle phone calls with confidence.<br> Highly <strong>organised</strong> and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.<br> Confident working with <strong>numbers</strong> and supporting basic finance processes (invoicing, reconciling payments).<br> Detail-orientedaccurate information and quality service is key.<br> Comfortable using customer support tools such as <strong>Intercom</strong> (experience with Intercom is a plus but not essential).<br> A proactive, <strong>problem-solving mindset</strong>, able to <strong>think on your feet</strong> and take ownership of challenges.<br> Previous experience working <strong>remotely</strong> and independently is a bonus.</p><h3>Why Join?</h3><p> Fully remote role based in South Africa, working with a UK team.<br> Fast-paced environment with <strong>lots of learning opportunities</strong> across different business areas.</p><h3> Collaborative, supportive team culture.</h3><p> Opportunity to grow within the business as we scale.</p><h3> Competitive market-related salary.</h3><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
