RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the daily retail operations of WHOOP Qatar, ensuring exceptional standards of service, organization, and operational execution.

Deliver a premium, data-driven member experience by educating members on WHOOP products, memberships, and insights, tailoring interactions to individual performance goals.

Drive revenue through the sale of WHOOP memberships, accessories, apparel, and the signature WHOOP Your Way experience, consistently working toward sales targets.

Act as a brand ambassador by upholding WHOOP's premium standards across member engagement, product presentation, and overall store experience.

Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing retail environment.

Support experiential programming and in-store activations, ensuring seamless execution and strong member engagement.

Collaborate closely with the Retail Lead and team to maintain alignment with brand, marketing, and operational strategies.

Maintain strong attention to detail across daily processes including transactions, reporting, compliance, and store procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS: 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, luxury, or experiential retail environments.

Strong passion for health, fitness, performance, and technology, with the ability to communicate WHOOP's value proposition effectively.

Proven ability to deliver elevated customer service and build meaningful relationships with members.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-traffic, extended-hours retail environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Basic operational understanding, including POS systems, inventory handling, and sales tracking.

Proficiency in Arabic preferred.

Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, luxury, or experiential retail environments.
