Data Scientist AI

<p style="text-align:left;">This position focuses on developing advanced analytics and AI solutions that create measurable business impact across the organization. The person will work on real-world industrial use cases, especially in areas such as manufacturing, engineering and operations, translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and models that support decision-making, process optimization and new capabilities.</p><p><strong>Role description:</strong></p><p>• Develop and implement data science and AI models for industrial use cases</p><p>• Translate business problems into analytical approaches and practical solutions</p><p>• Perform data exploration, data preparation and feature engineering</p><p>• Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data availability and usability</p><p>• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure business relevance</p><p>• Support the deployment of models into production environments</p><p>• Monitor and improve model performance over time</p><p>• Contribute to the development of scalable AI capabilities and best practices</p><p>• Communicate results, insights and recommendations in a clear and business-oriented way</p><p>• Support decision-making, process optimization and the development of new business capabilities through data and AI solutions</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field</p><p>• Several years of experience in data science, machine learning or applied analytics</p><p>• Strong programming skills, especially Python and SQL</p><p>• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling</p><p>• Familiarity with industrial or operational data is considered a strong advantage</p><p>• Experience with model deployment and MLOps concepts is beneficial</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams</p><p>• Strong communication skills and good business understanding</p>
