Principal / Director Value Creation & Strategy (m/f/d)
In addition to a comprehensive professional onboarding process and a strong personal network of clients, you will gain deep insights into the strategic and transactional business and the private equity industry from day one. In your position as Principal Value Creation & Strategy, you will work closely with our clients in the private equity sector. You will distinguish yourself through your professional communication and presentation skills and demonstrate your ability to identify the client's needs. Through your empathetic leadership qualities, you will deliver the highest quality to our clients and provide the team with an environment that offers potential for further development, thereby contributing to the success of our company. Look forward to diverse and challenging tasks, such as: strategic leadership of the Value Creation teams and ensuring smooth internal processes and project management workflows consulting and acting as a sparring partner for the expert team and exclusive private equity clients identifying new trends and technologies in the digital, tech, and software domains developing and implementing tailored strategies for the client portfolio and ensuring effective
project distribution and execution supporting the sales team in acquiring new projects taking responsibility for the professional and personal development of the team and contributing to company growth
You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, and you are a true team player with hands-on qualities, always striving for collective success. Furthermore, you identify with the following: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field of study (such as Business Management, Business Informatics, General Management) with outstanding grades 8+ years of relevant professional experience in the strategy consulting field and proven track record in business optimisation Strong personality with a confident demeanor and experience in an international business environment Extensive consulting experience in areas such as M&A Consulting, Change Management, Post Merger Integration, etc. Practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in implementation and integration management, conducting post-merger workshops and audits according to project requirements
