Company: Right Way Garage Doors Location: Vacaville, CA (On-Site) Pay: $20–$25 per hour
We're looking for an Installation Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping things organized, moving fast, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. In this role, you'll be the central hub between customers, installers, and internal teams—ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
If you enjoy juggling moving pieces, solving problems on the fly, and being the person everyone relies on to keep things on track, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
As an Install Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every job runs smoothly from scheduling to completion.
Coordinate daily installation schedules and ensure jobs are ready to go
Communicate with customers, installers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
Confirm installations and proactively manage scheduling updates
Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related communication
Maintain accurate job files and customer records in CRM software (Service Titan)
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Track pending installations and follow up with customers
Support the sales and service teams with scheduling as needed
Reviewing and ordering all door and any materials not stocked at our warehouse.
Review sold jobs and verify all details before ordering.
Create purchase orders (POs) in ServiceTitan.
Place orders with vendors.
Communicate order status to customers, Technicians, and Logistics.

Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional phone presence and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Proficient in written and verbal communication (grammar and clarity matter!)
High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service or coordination experience is a plus
