What you'll do Facilitate Handoff's departmental planning process — driving submissions, tracking progress, and holding teams accountable

Maintain and continuously improve company-wide dashboards, KPIs, and operational tooling

Support the COO on board decks, investor updates, and executive materials

Build and maintain financial models; help prepare analysis for key business decisions

Track departmental budgets and flag spend variances to the COO

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals

Codify work norms and operating standards as the company scales

Assist with prep and logistics for company all-hands meetings and recurring leadership syncs

Assist with planning & execution of internal events and company off-sites

About you Background in investment banking, venture capital, consulting, or an early-stage startup

Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level simultaneously — you can build a board deck in the morning and chase down a contract renewal in the afternoon

Financial modeling skills — you build from scratch, not just edit templates

Strong written communicator — your memos and decks are clear, tight, and ready to send

Experience in high-growth startup environments preferred
