They are seeking a professional who can leverage paid social media to drive meaningful results for mission-driven organizations.<p></p><div><b>Responsibilities</b><div><b>​</b><div>The Meta Specialist will be entrusted with a portfolio of nonprofit clients, focusing on the following key areas:<li><p>Constructing, launching, and refining paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.</p></li><li><p>Crafting compelling ad copy and collaborating with internal teams to test and optimize creative assets.</p></li><li><p>Managing advertising accounts and budgets with strategic precision to ensure full utilization and platform compliance.</p></li><li><p>Analyzing campaign performance data using native platform dashboards and Google Analytics to extract actionable insights.</p></li><li><p>Developing and presenting comprehensive performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis to internal teams and clients.</p></li><li><p>Partnering with account managers and nonprofit clients to ensure campaign strategies are perfectly aligned with overarching mission goals.</p></li><li><p>Remaining up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and nonprofit advertising best practices.</p></li><br><h3>Requirements</h3><li><p>A minimum of 2 years of experience working within a marketing agency environment.</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns, specifically within the Meta and LinkedIn ads platforms.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.</p></li><li><p>A genuine passion for the digital marketing landscape and the nonprofit sector.</p></li><li><p>The capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, expertly managing multiple accounts and projects concurrently.</p></li><li><p>A collaborative mindset and a diverse perspective.</p></li><li><p>An entrepreneurial and independent work ethic.</p></li><h3>Qualifications</h3><li><p>Meta Blueprint Certification and/or LinkedIn Marketing certifications are highly desirable, though not mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Google Ads (including Search, Display, Video) and Google Analytics is considered a strong advantage.</p></li><li><h3>Demonstrated competencies in:</h3><ul><li><p>Consistently meets deadlines by organizing tasks and managing priorities effectively.</p></li><li><p>Delivers polished, error-free work by maintaining high standards of accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Writes clearly and professionally, adapting tone for various audiences.</p></li><li><p>Works effectively with others, building trust through dependability and a positive attitude.</p></li><li><p>Plans and executes projects with clear timelines and accountability.</p></li></ul></li><br><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Full-time</li><li>100% remote position.</li></ul><br></div></div></div><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
