We're looking for a GTM Talent Partner who understands modern B2B marketing and knows how to identify high-impact talent in a fast-growing environment.
What You'll Own
Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles
Partner with Marketing leadership to define role scope and success profiles
Build targeted pipelines from top SaaS, cybersecurity, and tech companies
Lead direct sourcing and candidate engagement strategy
Drive high-quality interview processes and candidate experience
Provide insights on market trends, compensation, and talent landscape
Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, ensuring a strong hiring bar
What We're Looking For
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with focus on GTM roles
Strong understanding of B2B marketing functions
Experience hiring in SaaS / cybersecurity / high-growth startup environments
Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
Ability to identify high-impact vs. average talent
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
