Du betreust in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management die Entwicklung unseres Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI). <br><ul><li>Du analysierst und bewertest den neusten Stand der Wissenschaft und Technik sowie das kommerzielle Potenzial verschiedener Anwendungsszenarien von BCIs und übersetzt Deine Erkenntnisse in strategische Empfehlungen für das Management. </li><li>Du erarbeitest mit uns einen Entwicklungsplan und übernimmst dessen Management, um mit uns einen Innovationsvorsprung aufzubauen.</li><li>Du baust mit uns ein Team aus talenterten Ingenieuren auf, die bei Design und Entwicklung der Elektroden und Chips unterstützen.</li><li>Du unterstützt anschließend den weiteren Aufbau des Unternehmens: du etablierst und leistest Quality-, Regulatory- oder Clinical‑Trial‑Funktionen oder entwickelst Market‑Access‑ und Vertriebsstrukturen und sicherst die erfolgreiche Markteinführung unseres BCIs.</li><li>Du koordinierst die Schnittstellen zu unseren Entwicklungspartnern und internen FUTRUE-Teams und steuerst Timeline und Budget der Entwicklung.   </li></ul>

<ul><li>Du brennst dafür, in einem Umfeld mit schnellen Entscheidungsmöglichkeiten die nächste große Innovation im HealthTech-Bereich mitzugestalten. </li><li>Du hast eine ausgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Führung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte im hardwarenahen Bereich und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis.</li><li>Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Biomedical Engineering, Medizintechnik, Neurowissenschaften oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen.</li><li>Du hast mind. 2-3 Jahre relevante Arbeitserfahrung in einer Top-Tier-Beratung oder einem ähnlich dynamischen Umfeld gesammelt.</li><li>Du besitzt starken Drive, die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten und kannst komplizierte Sachverhalte prägnant kommunizieren.</li><li>Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (mind.
