Teamlead Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

<ul><li>Lead the Mech &amp; Aero team by setting priorities, assigning tasks, and reviewing/signing off deliverables.</li><li>Ensure team efficiency through mentoring, training, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Plan and develop team capacities and skills to meet project objectives.</li><li>Scout and evaluate new technologies to drive future design solutions.</li><li>Establish lean processes, methods, and tools (incl. CAD &amp; PLM) for efficient engineering work.</li><li>Define the mechanical architecture and optimal product structure.</li><li>Ensure design compliance with all requirements and compile related documentation.</li><li>Support Mechanical Engineering in daily operations</li></ul>

<ul><li>Master's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering </li><li>10+ years in a similar or senior position, ideally in aerospace or drones, with proven success in delivering results</li><li>Strong team leadership and organisational skills</li><li>Good overview of functions of an aircraft (all departments in engineering and production)</li><li>Extensive experience in FEM and CFD, including handcalcs, processes, methods and (SW-)tools </li><li>CAD Systems expertise (Catia, 3DExperience)</li><li>Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing</li><li>Solid understanding of composite design</li><li>Full proficiency in English language</li></ul>
