Technical Customer Support with German
<p>The Technical Support Specialist will join a dynamic customer experience team and become an integral part of the company's day-to-day operations. The role will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to German-speaking customers, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.</p><p>Role description:</p><ul><li><p>Handle customer inquiries via phone calls;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide accurate technical information regarding products;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Troubleshoot customer issues and offer clear, effective solutions;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Document interactions accurately in CRM systems;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication style.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Fluent in German (spoken and written) – C1 level;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong communication and problem-solving skills;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.</p></li></ul>
