Join us and give your career a boost!</p><h2>YOUR IMPACT</h2><p><strong>Recruitmentstrategy</strong></p><ul><li><p>You'll align our hiring plans with the company's needs</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with our hiring managers to define the right requirements that consistently align with our current team</p></li><li><p>Full ownership of the recruitment cycle: you design and develop the hiring process that fits the role and the person we're looking for</p></li><li><p>Play an influential role in our talent strategy by bringing people together, inspiring them, and engaging them in our processes, as well as by organizing workshops</p></li></ul><p><strong>Sourcing</strong></p><ul><li><p>You know where to find the exceptional tech talent that will help ML6 grow</p></li><li><p>You proactively reach out to potential candidates and engage in active sourcing</p></li><li><p>You host and attend events to stay connected with the right candidates</p></li><li><p>You build and grow a talent community</p></li></ul><p><strong>Candidate experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage the selection process from resume screening to interviews and making an offer</p></li><li><p>Become an expert in our ATS system and test out new features</p></li><li><p>Highlight our ML6 DNA throughout the process to motivate the right candidates</p></li></ul><p><strong>Young graduates</strong></p><ul><li><p>Be involved in recruiting technical interns and recent graduates (young graduates)</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with universities and associations that align with our talent pools</p></li><li><p>Ensure immediate follow-up with participants after the events you attend</p></li></ul><p><strong>Various HR-projects</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work on different HR projects such as : DEI, data-driven recruitment, office, employer branding, AI Native WoW...</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>WHY YOU?</h2><ul><li><p>You have a bachelor or masters in a human resources related field (HR, economics, business management, communication...)</p></li><li><p>You hava experience in recruitment within a fast growing environment or are excited to launch your career in this domain</p></li><li><p>You view recruitment from a broader perspective and understand what it takes to reach and attract the right technical talent</p></li><li><p>You love to talk tech and know what drives people within this domain</p></li><li><p>You are fluent in English and Dutch</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>WAAROM ML6?</h2><p>Less talking, more doing.
