Java Architect

<p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Own the end‑to‑end solution design for complex business and technology initiative</p></li><li><p>Translate business requirements into robust, scalable and compliant architectures</p></li><li><p>Act as the technical authority ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards</p></li><li><p>Design solution architectures across applications, integrations, data and infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Define target architectures, roadmaps, and transition states</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, security, risk and regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p>Support delivery teams through design reviews, key technical decisions and governance forums</p></li></ul><p>Skills:</p><ul><li><p>Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Hands‑on background in software engineering or platform engineering</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Experience working with distributed teams and multiple delivery streams</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Familiarity with cloud‑ready and DevOps‑oriented architectures</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Strong experience in solution and application architecture</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, data, and integration patterns</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, cost and risk</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Excellent stakeholder management and clear architectural communication skills</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Comfortable operating in large, complex, regulated environments</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
