Epic Health Planet / Ambulatory Analyst

<h3>This is a remote position.</h3><p><b>Location:</b> Remote (occasional onsite travel to Tennessee for key project milestones)</p><div><b>Start Date:</b> As soon as available<p>We are actively seeking experienced Epic Healthy Planet and Ambulatory (AMB) Analysts to support a pediatric healthcare client through a major Epic implementation initiative.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare IT team focused on improving population health initiatives, ambulatory workflows, and patient outcomes within a pediatric care environment.</p><div><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Support Epic Healthy Planet and/or Ambulatory application build, optimization, and implementation activities </li><li>Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows </li><li>Participate in design sessions, testing, validation, and go-live support activities </li><li>Assist with workflow analysis, issue resolution, and end-user support </li><li>Support population health initiatives, reporting, care gap workflows, registries, and quality metrics </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional Epic teams throughout the implementation lifecycle </li></ul><br><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Epic Healthy Planet and Epic Ambulatory certification preferred </li><li>Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, or go-live initiatives </li><li>Strong understanding of ambulatory clinic workflows and operational processes </li><li>Experience within pediatric or multi-specialty healthcare environments is highly preferred </li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating across clinical, operational, and technical teams </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills </li></ul><div><b>Preferred Experience:</b><ul><li>Healthy Planet registries, outreach, reporting, or care management workflows </li><li>Ambulatory workflow design and support </li><li>Population health initiatives and value-based care programs </li><li>Testing, validation, and go-live support </li><li>Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, or related Epic reporting tools </li></ul><br></div></div></div><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
