Location: NYC Reports to: CEOAbout the RoleWe're looking for a highly motivated, analytical and adaptable Strategic Operations Analyst to work directly with SuperAwesome's Executive team. This is a unique opportunity to own and solve cross-functional business problems across strategy, operations, finance and product while helping to drive key decisions and execute high-impact initiatives.This is a generalist, problem-solving role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is data- and insight-savvy, and is a great communicator. You'll act as a trusted extension of the Exec team (CEO, CSO, Finance Director, CPO, CTO, CRO) -- owning the execution of strategic projects, identifying and leading the charge on operational changes, and tackling the kinds of business-wide challenges that don't neatly fit into a single function.This is a role for someone who wants to operate, build, and solve problems at pace.What You'll DoExec Enablement<ul><li>Own the operating cadence: weekly priorities, OKR/KR tracking, meeting hygiene, follow-ups</li><li>Turn leadership conversations into action: write crisp memos, capture decisions, assign owners, drive closure</li><li>Act as a sounding board and thought partner on key business decisions</li></ul>Strategic Projects<ul><li>Partner with Execs to scope and execute high-priority strategic initiatives. Take ownership of high-impact problems and act as the owner to move cross-discipline teams to action and results</li><li>Conduct market, business operations and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making</li><li>Drive cross-functional projects from idea through to execution</li></ul>Business Analysis & Improvement<ul><li>Analyse company operations and market performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li><li>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership</li><li>Spot inefficiencies across the business and proactively fix them</li><li>Help ensure priorities are clear and execution stays on track</li><li>Build structure where it doesn't exist - processes, tools, or ways of working</li><li>Step into critical gaps as the company evolves and scales</li></ul>Communication and Team Engagement<ul><li>Work closely with Exec on day-to-day priorities and long-term planning ensuring that they are well-communicated, understood and actionable across departments</li><li>Support material preparation for company meetings, financial summaries and internal communications</li><li>Support team engagement among US employees and with alignment to UK/EMEA-based teams. Provide a feedback loop from teams to Exec</li></ul><hr>What We're Looking For<ul><li>2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, or a similar analytical/operational role</li><li>Bias to action – you don't wait to be told what to do; you figure it out and move</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly comfortable working with data and producing models</li><li>Able to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution</li><li>Organized with strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesise insights clearly</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills—you build trust quickly across teams</li><li>In-office at least twice per week</li></ul>
