Mit einem gesamtheitlichen Blick prägst du unsere nächste Wachstumsphase entscheidend mit. Dabei identifizierst du verborgene Potenziale zwischen den Abteilungen sowie in unseren Prozessen und übersetzt diese in durchdachte Lösungen mit messbarem Impact.Du kombinierst das kritische Hinterfragen des Status Quo mit technologischer Neugier (Vibe Coding & neue Tools), um belastbare Strukturen für unseren nachhaltigen Erfolg zu schaffen.
