SAP Key User

<p>Our client is a global automotive manufacturing company with an international presence and a strong focus on operational excellence and process optimization. They are currently looking for an SAP Key User to support and improve SAP-based business processes.</p><p>As part of the Purchasing department, you will serve as the main contact for SAP MM-related topics, providing user support, resolving system issues, delivering training, and ensuring the efficient use of SAP across the business.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in SAP ECC and the MM module, combined with a strong understanding of purchasing and supply chain operations.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Act as the key point of contact for SAP MM-related activities within the Purchasing department.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Provide day-to-day support to SAP users and ensure timely resolution of incidents and system-related issues.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Manage and resolve support tickets, working closely with internal IT teams and external SAP support providers when needed.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Support procurement processes in SAP, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, vendor management, and material master data.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Deliver user training sessions and support the onboarding of new employees.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Identify process inefficiencies and propose system or process improvements.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Participate in testing activities for SAP enhancements, system changes, and new functionalities.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal purchasing procedures.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Around <strong>5 years of professional experience</strong> working with SAP.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Good knowledge of <strong>SAP ECC</strong>, with strong experience in the <strong>MM (Materials Management)</strong> module.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Understanding of purchasing, procurement, and inventory management processes.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience providing end-user support and handling SAP-related tickets and incidents.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience delivering user training and supporting adoption of system processes.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Professional proficiency in English.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience within the <strong>automotive industry</strong>.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments or transformation projects.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience working in an international environment.</p></li></ul>
