QA Engineer

<h3>overview</h3><p>We are looking to hire an experienced QA Engineer characterised by independence, self-organization and ability to work in an international team, ready for long-term cooperation, open to new technologies, with great curiosity about the world and a good dose of humor.</p><h3>responsabilities</h3><p></p><ul><li>Collaborating with customers and other team members to review and analysis of technical specifications</li><li>Validating the software produced by developers to ensure high quality and business value</li><li>Developing technical best practices and ensuring adherence to them</li><li>Defining Quality Assurance processes &amp; tools for internal QA team as well as for the customer representatives</li><li>Conducting manual and automatic tests and analyzing the results</li><li>Validating non-functional requirements</li><li>Analyzing and reporting identified problems</li><li>Coaching and mentoring other QA team members</li><li>Defining, documenting and sharing best practices across project teams</li></ul><p></p><h3>qualifications</h3><p></p><ul><li>3 + years experience with Agile software development processes</li><li>Good commercial experience of testing techniques and practices</li><li>Good diagnostics and debugging skills</li><li>Base knowledge of software architecture</li><li>Experience with tools that help maximize work terms of content and structure, quality and efficiency</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience as a software tester on a variety of successfully delivered projects</li><li>Experience with Software Automation Framework, scription languages, Object-Oriented Programming</li><li>Academic background in IT</li><li>Software Testing certifications such as ISTQB, BBST, etc.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><h3>about us?</h3><p>We are a group of talented and passionate individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
