About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused professional with pharmacy or AHPRA registered nurse experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing clinical support, handling inquiries and reviewing pre-approvals. This position requires strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment. Key Responsibilities

Respond to patient inquiries via a ticketing system with clear, accurate and empathetic written communication

Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients to address queries, concerns and offer support

Assess and review incoming pre-approvals, ensuring clinical appropriateness in a timely manner

Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions

Collaborate with internal teams

Deliver a high standard of patient care while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

Recent graduate with clinical experience in a pharmacy or nursing (AHPRA registered) setting

Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and professionally

Excellent telephone skills and confidence

Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgment

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
