The Chief of Staff is the President's strategic and operational partner, functioning as a true second-in-command who extends the President's capacity across strategy, financial governance, execution, and organizational health. Track and unblock critical cross-functional initiatives spanning Product Management, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and AI Platform teams, proactively identifying and resolving misalignment before it becomes execution risk

Prepare clear, data-backed narratives and strategic recommendations for the executive team and Board, crafting concise written and visual materials that translate complex analysis into actionable insight

Serve as the eyes and ears for the Senior Leadership team on organizational health, tracking morale, engagement, attrition, and unspoken feedback, and developing engagement action plans rooted in data
