To be eligible for the Shell Graduate

Program me , you must meet the below requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s

Master’s

degree in

E ngineering

(Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Industrial

& S ystem)

Qatari National ity

K een to work in Ras

Lafan

(RLC)

Suitable candidates should be either:

Recently graduated (in line with the 2024/2025 academic year) or will graduate during 2026 (in line with the 2025/2026 academic year) and are currently not sponsored; or

Have experience in the Energy sector

of less than 3 years (in alignment with the industry recruitment guidelines).
