We're looking for a <strong>Talent Partner </strong>in Kyiv - someone who combines hands-on recruitment with a strategic mindset. You'll own the full hiring cycle, help shape how we hire across teams, and make sure both candidates and hiring managers have a smooth and meaningful experience.<br><br>This is a role for someone who loves building - processes, relationships, and a strong hiring culture.
<ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of roles (technical, engineering, operations, and more).</li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, structure job requirements, and define hiring priorities.</li><li>Build and maintain a consistent recruitment process: from intake and job descriptions to scorecards, feedback loops, and offers.</li><li>Source proactively, map markets, and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.</li><li>Conduct interviews and ensure every candidate gets a fair, transparent, and human experience.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on process efficiency and quality of hire.</li><li>Collaborate with the People team on employer branding, onboarding experience, and continuous improvements.</li><li>Spot patterns, bring structure, and help the team grow smarter, not just faster.</li></ul>
<ul style="border:0px solid;font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', 'system-ui', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within tech, engineering, or manufacturing environments.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Hands-on sourcing skills: confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping techniques.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Experience with ATS systems (e.g. Personio, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and ability to keep pipelines structured and transparent.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Familiarity with structured / competency-based interviewing and use of scorecards for fair evaluation.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and dashboards (e.g. time-to-hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance).</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Knowledge of market research and talent mapping across different regions.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Basic understanding of employer branding principles and ability to create engaging job descriptions or hiring materials.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms) - experience with Notion, Confluence, or Figma is a plus.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you can build trust, advise, and challenge when needed.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Structured, analytical, and proactive approach - you enjoy improving systems and making things work better.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">At least Intermediate + level of English.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">If you see yourself in this role and want to help us build a thoughtful, people-centered hiring culture - we'd love to hear from you.</li></ul>
