This freelance position offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO while owning the full marketing function for both brands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be adept at switching between creative and analytical work.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Marketing Strategy & Planning</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and tailored to diverse customer personas.</li><li>Identify and refine target audience segments, tailoring messaging and content to each.</li><li>Maintain and manage a campaign calendar to drive consistent brand visibility and engagement.</li></ul><h3>Campaign Management</h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.</li><li>Coordinate the creation of high-quality content, including copywriting, creative visuals, landing pages, and promotional materials.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to improve campaign performance.</li></ul><h3>Analytics & Reporting</h3><ul><li>Monitor and report on KPIs including leads, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).</li><li>Deliver regular insights and performance updates to the CEO with actionable recommendations for improvement.</li></ul><h3>Team & Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure alignment and execution of marketing activities.</li><li>Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize results.</li><li>Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, with at least 12 years in a lead or managerial role.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Tools & Tech: Proficient in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.</li><li>Industry Experience: Prior campaign work for creative or culturally-focused organizations (e.g., arts, education, entertainment) is essential.</li><li>Analytical Ability: Skilled at using data and insights to evaluate campaign performance and guide decision-making.</li><li>Creativity: Demonstrated experience in crafting engaging, audience-specific campaigns across different platforms and industries.</li><li>Freelance Flexibility: Comfortable working in a month-to-month freelance arrangement while managing the marketing function for multiple clients.</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
