This is an opportunity to join a supportive team where your skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the company's continued success.</p><h3>The Role: Accounts Payable Coordinator</h3><p>The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of accounts payable for a portfolio of properties. This role ensures timely payments, accurate data management, and smooth supplier and tenant interactions, all in line with company policies and industry standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Process property invoices with accuracy and efficiency</p></li><li><p>Pay suppliers and manage fund transfers in line with schedules</p></li><li><p>Resolve supplier queries and provide support as required</p></li><li><p>Process tenant recharges and insurance claim invoices</p></li><li><h3>Manage on-site staff wage processing</h3></li><li><h3>Maintain and update the Qube database</h3></li><li><h3>Set up and manage supplier records</h3></li><li><h3>Complete bank reconciliations</h3></li><li><p>Resolve auditor queries and provide requested information</p></li><li><p>Produce accounts payable statistics and reports</p></li><li><p>Provide ad hoc cover for the Senior Accounts Payable Co-ordinator</p></li><li><p>Carry out administrative duties as required</p></li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li><p>Prior experience in accounts payable, processing high volumes of supplier invoices</p></li><li><p>Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data processing</p></li><li><p>Excellent organisational and time management skills</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication abilities</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</p></li><li><p>Friendly, proactive, and approachable with the ability to multitask</p></li><li><p>Desirable: Experience within a property management company and knowledge of the property management sector</p></li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
