Job Title Business Operations Manager, Imaging & IGTS Job Description You are responsible for Business Performance Management Establish and maintain the business performance management system Support business team in win-loss analysis and drive the execution of improvement actions to systematically improve the win rate Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure the long-term business growth Drive Commercial Excellence Partner with business team to deliver strategic transformations (e.g., High-Value Customers Program) Connect and collaborate with BU Commercial Excellence To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Strategic and logical thinking. Strong business acumen and sensitive to data, strong data analytics capability. At least eight years’ experience in Operation, Sales, Strategy, business development, with strong business/marketing related mission Project management experience is a plus. Capability to influence senior executives through strength of ideas and personality. Problem solving capability. Proven track record in generating insights from data to improve performances or processes. Good working attitude, willingness to learn. Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team Communications skills, analytical skills, bidding knowledge and PC application software skills. Strong business sense.
