Du entwickelst mit uns das mechanische Design und die hermetische Verpackung unseres implantierbaren Brain-Computer Interfaces.<ul><li>Konzipiere und entwickle hermetisch dichte Gehäuse- und Verpackungslösungen für das Implantat, die eine sichere, langfristige Funktion im Körper gewährleisten.</li><li>Evaluiere und selektiere Verkapselungsmaterialien und -verfahren (Keramik, Titan, Polymer, etc.) hinsichtlich Biokompatibilität, Dichtheit und Langzeitstabilität.</li><li>Integriere Elektroden, Chip und Konnektoren in ein implantierbares Gesamtsystem.</li><li>Entwickle Prüfmethoden und Testinfrastruktur für Dichtheitsprüfungen, mechanische Belastungstests und beschleunigte Alterung.</li><li>Nutze CAD und FEA für Design, Simulation und DFX-Optimierung und koordiniere die Schnittstellen zu Elektroden-, Chip- und Fertigungsteams sowie zu externen Partnern.</li></ul>

Das zeichnet Dich aus:</strong><ul><li>Du brennst dafür, in einem Umfeld mit schnellen Entscheidungswegen die nächste große Innovation im HealthTech-Bereich mitzugestalten.</li><li>Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in mechanischem Design und Packaging für implantierbare oder hermetisch dichte Systeme; Erfahrung mit Klasse III Medizinprodukten ist ein Vorteil.</li><li>Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Materialverständnis, insbesondere für Keramiken, biokompatible Metalle, Polymere und deren Verbindungstechniken im Kontext chronischer Implantate.</li><li>Du beherrschst CAD-Software, FEA-Tools und Rapid-Prototyping-Verfahren.</li><li>Du hast ein unternehmerisches Mindset und denkst in End-to-End-Prozessen: vom frühen Architekturkonzept über Prototyp und Test bis zur fertigungsgerechten Lösung.</li><li>Du hast Dein Studium oder Deine Promotion in Maschinenbau, Materialwissenschaften, Biomedical Engineering, Neuroengineering, Mikrosystemtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen und gehörst zu den Besten Deines Jahrgangs.</li><li>Du besitzt starken Drive, die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten und kannst komplizierte Sachverhalte prägnant kommunizieren.</li><li>Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind.
