The ideal candidate will have <strong>strong expertise in Autodesk Inventor 2024 and Autodesk AutoCAD 2024</strong>, producing high-quality technical drawings and ensuring designs are optimized for CNC cutting and manufacturing processes.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><h3>1. CAD Drawing &amp; Technical Design:</h3><ul><li>Produce <strong>full Inventor drawing packs</strong> using the provided A3 drawing template.</li><li>Generate <strong>full PDF drawing packs</strong> and <strong>GA level drawings</strong>.</li><li>Ensure <strong>Pack &amp; Go models</strong> are prepared in Inventor and meet <strong>ETS standards</strong> for seamless collaboration with the UK team.</li></ul><h3>2. AutoCAD &amp; CNC Preparation:</h3><ul><li>Create <strong>machine-ready DXFs</strong> for joinery CNC, ensuring:</li><ul><li>Clearly labeled materials and rebate depths.</li><li>Separate cutting paths (not just a screen dump of Inventor parts).</li><li>No broken lines.</li></ul><li>Generate <strong>laser-ready DXFs</strong> for metal parts, including flat patterns with correctly sized holes for each application (e.g., 5mm hole for M6 tapped thread).</li></ul><h3>3. IGES Files &amp; Manufacturing Prep:</h3><ul><li>Provide <strong>full IGES files</strong> of complete units.</li><li>Deliver <strong>IGES files for laser-cut tubes</strong>, if necessary (e.g., slotted posts or detailed tubes).</li></ul><h3>4.
