Your role will involve client-facing interactions and collaborative efforts to deliver comprehensive financial insights and recommendations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>Cash Flow Modelling:</strong> Develop and maintain robust cash flow models to assess the financial performance and value of commercial real estate assets.</li><li><strong>Financial Analysis:</strong> Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, income and expense analysis, and investment return calculations.</li><li><strong>Presentation Creation:</strong> Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and financial brochures, effectively communicating complex financial data to clients and stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Analyze market trends, asset classes, and economic factors impacting real estate investments to inform strategic decisions.</li><li><strong>Client Interaction:</strong> Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, provide tailored advice, and address their financial inquiries.</li><li><strong>Due Diligence:</strong> Support acquisition and disposition processes through rigorous financial due diligence and analysis.</li><li><strong>Report Preparation:</strong> Contribute to the development of investment reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelors degree in finance, or a related field. Commercial Real Estate experience preferred</li><li><strong>Certification:</strong> CFA Level 1 certification required.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate finance, including expertise in cash flow modelling, financial analysis, and valuation.</li><li><strong>Asset Class Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of various real estate asset classes and market dynamics.</li><li><strong>Presentation Skills:</strong> Proven ability to create and deliver clear, compelling financial presentations and brochures.</li><li><strong>Client-Facing Experience:</strong> Experience in client-facing roles with a track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.</li><li><strong>Language Skills:</strong> Excellent English communication skills.
