As a Deals Diligence Analytics - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Deals practice. You will leverage your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making in financial due diligence processes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver impactful solutions that address client challenges. You will utilize a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth. Your ability to interpret data and inform insights will be crucial in guiding and mentoring others, as well as upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities - Conducting financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions - Evaluating business performance metrics to assess financial health and growth potential - Developing financial models to support deal valuations and strategic decision-making - Analyzing financial statements to identify trends and potential risks - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial forecasts and valuations - Reviewing contractual agreements to understand financial implications and obligations - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations - Engaging in deal management activities to facilitate smooth transaction processes - Applying corporate finance principles to assess earnings quality and working capital management - Monitoring industry trends to inform investment analysis and strategic planning What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 to 5 years of experience - Degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Accounting preferred.
