This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a multi-location healthcare brand at a pivotal moment of growth. </p><h3>Position Overview </h3><p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Strategist to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across all 9 of our dermatology locations. This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated marketing strategies spanning social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, content, and brand consistency — all tailored to a healthcare audience and compliant with applicable regulations. </p><p>The ideal candidate understands the nuances of marketing a multi-location medical practice, knows how to balance brand-level strategy with location-level needs, and can translate clinical services into compelling patient-facing messaging. This is both a strategic and hands-on role — you will set the direction and execute on it. </p><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><h3>Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning </h3><ul><li>Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and calendar across all 9 locations </li></ul><ul><li>Identify growth opportunities across service lines including medical dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and surgical procedures </li></ul><ul><li>Balance brand-wide marketing priorities with location-specific campaigns and community needs </li></ul><ul><li>Set measurable marketing goals and KPIs aligned with patient acquisition, retention, and revenue targets </li></ul><ul><li>Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership </li></ul><h3>Social Media &amp; Content Marketing </h3><ul><li>Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee creation of engaging, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant content that educates patients and builds brand trust </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with clinical teams to highlight providers, services, before-and-after content, and patient education </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor social engagement, community management, and brand reputation across all location profiles </li></ul><ul><li>Manage or collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers as needed </li></ul><h3>Paid Advertising </h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms </li></ul><ul><li>Manage advertising budgets across all 9 locations, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on ad investment </li></ul><ul><li>Develop location-specific and service-specific ad campaigns targeting relevant patient demographics </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments to improve results </li></ul><ul><li>Produce clear ROI reporting and attribution analysis for leadership review </li></ul><h3>SEO &amp; Website Management </h3><ul><li>Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic visibility for all practice locations </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee local SEO including Google Business Profile optimization for each of the 9 locations </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with web developers or vendors to ensure the website is optimized for search, user experience, and patient conversion </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor website analytics, traffic trends, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all web content is current, accurate, and reflective of services offered at each location </li></ul><h3>Email Marketing &amp; CRM </h3><ul><li>Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for patient acquisition, re-engagement, and retention </li></ul><ul><li>Build and manage segmented patient email lists in compliance with HIPAA and applicable marketing regulations </li></ul><ul><li>Automate patient communication workflows including appointment reminders, post-visit follow-ups, and seasonal promotions </li></ul><ul><li>Track email campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics </li></ul><h3>Brand Management &amp; Consistency </h3><ul><li>Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging standards across all 9 locations and marketing channels </li></ul><ul><li>Develop marketing templates, brand guidelines, and resources for use across the practice </li></ul><ul><li>Review and approve all external-facing marketing materials for brand compliance and clinical accuracy </li></ul><ul><li>Support new location openings with launch marketing plans and local awareness campaigns </li></ul><h3>Reputation Management &amp; Patient Reviews </h3><ul><li>Monitor and manage online reputation across Google, Healthgrades, Yelp, and other review platforms </li></ul><ul><li>Develop strategies to encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews and respond professionally to feedback </li></ul><ul><li>Track Net Promoter Score and patient satisfaction trends in coordination with clinical operations </li></ul><h3>Analytics &amp;
