<p><strong>Senior Revenue Operations Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Paris · Permanent Contract · Hybrid</strong></p><h2>About Dolead</h2><p>At Dolead, we help businesses generate new customers through performance marketing.</p><p>We design, launch and optimize acquisition campaigns, then connect marketing performance to real business outcomes through <strong>data, technology and operational excellence</strong>.</p><p>Today, we support <strong>200+ clients across 15 countries</strong>, with teams based in Paris, Madrid and Boston.</p><p>As we continue to scale, we're looking for a <strong>Senior Revenue Operations Manager</strong> to help us improve the systems, processes and data that power growth across the company.</p><h2>The role</h2><p>Reporting to Esther Lozano, Head of Marketing & EMEA Revenue Operations, you'll work at the intersection of <strong>Marketing, Product, Engineering and Commercial teams</strong>.</p><p>This is a <strong>high-impact individual contributor role</strong> for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, turning ambiguity into structure and driving projects from idea to implementation.</p><p>You'll lead <strong>cross-functional initiatives</strong>, improve how we measure performance and help shape the operational foundations that support Dolead's growth.</p><h2>What you'll do</h2><h3>Lead Revenue Operations projects</h3><p>You'll own a portfolio of <strong>cross-functional initiatives</strong> from scoping to adoption.</p><p>Examples include:</p><ul><li><p>Improving acquisition and funnel measurement</p></li><li><p>Optimizing lead management processes</p></li><li><p>Designing reporting and decision-making frameworks</p></li><li><p>Supporting the launch of new commercial or product initiatives</p></li><li><p>Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions</p></li></ul><h3>Own the marketing data layer</h3><p>You'll help ensure teams can rely on <strong>accurate and actionable data</strong>.</p><p>You'll work on:</p><ul><li><p>Attribution and measurement frameworks</p></li><li><p>Funnel definitions and reporting</p></li><li><p>Performance analysis</p></li><li><p>Data consistency and governance</p></li><li><p>Business intelligence and decision support</p></li></ul><h3>Drive growth and reactivation initiatives</h3><p>You'll contribute directly to projects that impact <strong>revenue generation and customer acquisition</strong>.</p><p>You'll help identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and measure business outcomes.</p><h3>Partner with Product & Engineering</h3><p>You'll act as the <strong>primary business counterpart</strong> for growth-related initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams.</p><p>Your role is to translate business needs into actionable projects and ensure solutions are successfully adopted across the organization.</p><h2>What success looks like</h2><p>Within your first year, you will likely have:</p><ul><li><p>Led several cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation</p></li><li><p>Improved visibility and trust in commercial and marketing performance data</p></li><li><p>Strengthened collaboration between Marketing, Product and Engineering</p></li><li><p>Delivered measurable improvements across our acquisition and revenue systems</p></li></ul><h2>About you</h2><p>You enjoy solving <strong>complex problems</strong> and bringing structure to ambiguous situations.</p><p>You're comfortable moving between <strong>strategy and execution</strong>: one day defining a new process, the next digging into data, building a dashboard, coordinating stakeholders or helping launch a new initiative.</p><p>You likely have a few years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff or similar roles within a fast-paced environment.</p><p>You are <strong>analytically strong</strong> and comfortable working with data. You have experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI, are confident with spreadsheets, and can navigate SQL when needed.</p><p>You understand how <strong>B2B businesses grow</strong> and are curious about the systems, processes and metrics that drive performance.</p><p><strong>AI is already part of how you work.</strong> You regularly use AI tools to automate repetitive work, accelerate analysis, improve documentation or support decision-making. We're looking for someone who already operates this way, not someone who is just beginning to experiment.</p><p>Most importantly, you're eager to <strong>learn, challenge yourself and take ownership</strong>.
