Your mission

Own hiring across 13 markets (Europe & LATAM) and help us build teams that raise the bar. Joining our team, you're in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition Partner seat with a strong focus on quality, business partnership, and continuous improvement. You'll run searches from kickoff to close, influence how we hire, and help us make smarter decisions through data and AI. Teams we work with are the Global Ops teams and span across functions like Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, RevOps, Legal and many more. (What we don't hire: Tech & Product and Local roles. :))

Logistics:

- This role is hybrid based in Barcelona, Spain.

- This role's working language is English - fluency in English is required. Any further languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, etc.) are a benefit.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Hiring:

Own 5+ searches at a time (depending on complexity), leading the full recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers to define success profiles, build strong pipelines, run effective and fair assessment processes, and close outstanding talent.

Quality of hire:

We're not optimizing for speed alone. You'll build processes that identify candidates who can succeed today and grow with the business tomorrow.

You think critically about assessment quality, candidate signals, and long-term hiring outcomes—not just filling seats.

Business partnership:

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR, and leadership teams.

Bring market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent trends to the table. Challenge assumptions when needed and help teams make better hiring decisions.

Candidate experience & employer brand:

Represent Docplanner authentically from the first conversation through onboarding.

You know that exceptional candidates have options, and that every interaction shapes our reputation in the market. You'll build lasting relationships and maintain strong talent networks over time.

Data, AI & continuous improvement:

Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and make better hiring decisions.

Leverage AI tools to increase recruiter effectiveness, improve stakeholder experience, and create better outcomes for candidates. Share best practices and help scale what works across the team.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Manage 5+ searches simultaneously (depending on complexity)

- Close a minimum of 2 hires per month

- Deliver 85%+ quality of hire

- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers across multiple functions and geographies

- Drive measurable improvements beyond day-to-day recruiting through projects related to sourcing, process efficiency, stakeholder management, employer branding, market intelligence, compensation insights, or AI adoption
