They play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting the Accounting team in various financial and reporting activities to facilitate effective financial management and decision-making.<br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</p></li><li><p>Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.</p></li><li><p>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.</p></li><li><p>Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.</p></li><li><p>Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What To Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.</p></li><li><p>4–6 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to core accounting operations and financial reporting.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis and reporting functions.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with accounting systems and ERP platforms.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with IFRS standards is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience within manufacturing, medical devices, or FMCG industries is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to ERP implementation, optimization, or system enhancement projects is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting accounting operations across multiple countries or international business environments is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated leadership capabilities or previous team leadership experience is a plus.<br></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>Great culture and growth opportunity</p></li><li><p>The chance to personally impact Eon's customer experience</p></li><li><p>Push your boundaries working with highly motivated and cross-functional teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p>Then apply for this position by clicking on the apply button.
