The incumbent will manage the <strong>end-to-end sales cycle</strong>, working closely with cross-functional teams to support sustained growth in the region.</p><h3>Roles and Responsibilities</h3><h3>Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth</h3><p>The ideal candidate must have direct experience selling to the promotional products industry (promotional products, branded merchandise, print‑on‑demand, or PromoTech solutions). This role requires deep understanding of promo-specific workflows (custom imprinting, short-run SKUs, supplier/distributor networks, proofing and rush fulfillment), and proven success positioning cloud/ERP/e‑commerce/BPO platforms to promo distributors, suppliers or large corporate marketing buyers.</p><ul><li>Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US/North America market.</li><li>Own complete enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.</li><li>Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Transformation teams.</li><li>Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.</li></ul><h3>Solution Selling & Client Engagement</h3><ul><li>Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes and pain points.</li><li>Position Clients cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO solutions as business transformation enablers.</li><li>Lead solution demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.</li><li>Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven value narratives.</li></ul><h3>Pipeline & Forecast Management</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.</li><li>Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting through CRM tools.</li><li>Track deal progress, conversion ratios, and sales cycle timelines.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Marketing to support US-focused campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align solutions with customer expectations.</li><li>Ensure smooth transition and handover to delivery and customer success teams post deal closure.</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</h3><ul><li>Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets (US market).</li><li>New logo acquisition and pipeline creation.</li><li>Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure conversion rates.</li><li>Pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline.</li><li>Contribution to market expansion and repeatable sales motions in the US.</li></ul><h3>Must Haves</h3><ul><li> 7.5+ years of B2B Sales</li><li>Mandatory experience in the Promo Industry (promotional products, branded merchandise, print-on-demand, or related PromoTech solutions).</li><li>Proven track record closing $50K-100K+ deals</li><li>Strong C-level relationships and executive presence<br>hunter DNA</li><li>Deep knowledge of : ERP/ e-commerce in promotional</li><li>Salesforce/CRM expert</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
