Senior Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

<ul><li>Compile the requirements and on this basis design the detailed aircraft parts</li><li>Design production aids, jigs, tools, molds</li><li>Consider manufacturability of all parts and assemblies</li><li>Create all deliverables like drawings, work instructions, and teaching/showing the production the planned process</li><li>Build and test prototypes of parts and assemblies (e.g. rapid prototyped parts, fibre reinforced plastic parts)</li><li>Calculate/analyse preliminary/basic design of an aircraft, loads, stress, balance and weight, flight mechanics, aerodynamics, power consumption, etc.</li><li>Create and take care of assembly structure and PLM system</li><li>Coordinate with other departments, suppliers and manufactures (also in design loops)</li><li>Set orders of parts for prototypes and preliminary production</li></ul>

<ul><li>You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.</li><li>You bring a minimum of 8 years experience in the field of mechanical design, preferably in aerospace or automotive.</li><li>You have a good overview of functions of the aircraft (all departments in engineering) and production.</li><li>You are experienced with CAD systems, preferably Catia 3DExperience.</li><li>You are experienced in inclusive design, design testing, (rapid) prototyping and agile methods.</li><li>You have the ability to work independently but yet assure good and efficient teamwork.</li></ul>
