About the role We are looking for an Integration Architect – Agentic Delivery who can design and implement scalable integrations between AI-powered agentic systems and enterprise platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce. This role will focus on building intelligent workflows, automations, and seamless data exchange across systems.

Responsibilities Architect and implement integrations between agentic AI platforms and Zendesk / Salesforce

Design end-to-end workflows for customer support automation using AI agents

Build and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations

Ensure data consistency, security, and scalability across systems

Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver solutions

Develop custom connectors, orchestration layers, and automation pipelines

Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance

Requirement Strong experience with Zendesk APIs, apps framework, and workflows

Hands-on expertise in Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, integrations)

Experience in integration architecture (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier, custom middleware, etc.)

Knowledge of API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven systems

Exposure to Agentic AI / LLM workflows / prompt orchestration

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have Experience with AI automation platforms / conversational AI

Knowledge of LangChain / LLM integrations

Background in customer experience (CX) platforms
