The company is part of a dynamic industry where strategy, branding, and digital presence play a key role in driving business growth and engagement.</p><p>The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will play a key role in bringing these principles to life by transforming business direction, brand identity, and strategic priorities into clear communication, impactful content, and effective digital initiatives that truly make a difference.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><p><em>Content & communication</em></p><ul><li><p>create content for social media, website, newsletters, presentations, and othermarketing materials</p></li><li><p>write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy</p></li><li><p>adapt content to different formats, audiences, and communication objectives</p></li><li><p>edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and relevance</p></li><li><p>turn complex or business-focused information into accessible and engaging communication</p></li><li><p>turn document content into clear, user-friendly, and visually appealing materials that are easy to understand</p></li></ul><p><em>Business alignment & collaboration</em></p><ul><li><p>understand the company's business, services, products, strategic priorities, and target audiences</p></li><li><p>work closely with leadership to translate business direction into marketing messages and communication initiatives</p></li><li><p>identify relevant topics, business updates, and internal expertise that can be turned into meaningful content</p></li><li><p>collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and turn ideas into effective communication materials</p></li><li><p>support the development of presentations, internal communication materials, and management messages when needed</p></li></ul><p><em>Digital execution & brand consistency</em></p><ul><li><p>create or adapt visual materials for digital communication, such as social media assets, banners, presentations, and branded materials</p></li><li><p>support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives and communication campaigns</p></li><li><p>contribute to the quality and consistency of the company's presence across digital channels</p></li><li><p>ensure consistency across all communication materials in terms of message, tone of voice, and visual identity</p></li><li><p>review and update existing communication materials to keep them aligned with current business priorities</p></li><li><p>monitor content relevance and effectiveness and propose improvements when needed</p></li><li><p>stay up to date with marketing trends, content formats, and digital tools that support the company's visibility and communication goals</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><ul><li><p>experience in marketing, content, communication, or digital marketing</p></li><li><p>solid understanding of marketing, digital communication, and brand principles</p></li><li><p>strong writing and editing skills</p></li><li><p>ability to understand business priorities and turn them into relevant communication</p></li><li><p>experience in creating content for multiple channels</p></li><li><p>good understanding of visual communication and basic design principles</p></li><li><p>hands-on experience with content and design tools (eg. Adobe suite, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint)</p></li><li><p>proactive mindset, attention to detail, and sense of ownership</p></li><li><p>ability to work closely with leadership and collaborate across teams</p></li></ul>
