<h3>Position Overview </h3><p>We are looking for a skilled Webflow Specialist with a working knowledge of SEO to build, manage, and optimize client websites for our growing portfolio of local home service businesses. This role is primarily a Webflow execution role — you will be building new client sites, updating existing ones, and ensuring every page we publish is fast, clean, and set up to perform in search. </p><p>You do not need to be an SEO strategist, but you do need to understand on-page SEO well enough to implement it properly inside Webflow. If you build clean, well-structured sites and care about how they perform — in both design and search — this is your kind of role. </p><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><h3>Webflow Development — Primary Function </h3><ul><li>Build new client websites in Webflow using proven layouts and design standards tailored for local home service businesses </li></ul><ul><li>Update, maintain, and improve existing client websites — adding pages, editing content, updating images, and implementing design changes </li></ul><ul><li>Build responsive, mobile-optimized pages that load fast and convert visitors into leads </li></ul><ul><li>Implement custom interactions, animations, and CMS collections in Webflow where applicable </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain clean, organized Webflow project structures that are easy to hand off, update, and scale </li></ul><ul><li>Test all pages across devices and browsers before publishing — no broken layouts, no slow pages </li></ul><h3>On-Page SEO Implementation </h3><ul><li>Implement on-page SEO best practices across all client websites — including title tags, meta descriptions, header structure (H1/H2/H3), image alt text, and URL structure </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure Webflow SEO settings are properly configured for each page — including canonical tags, noindex settings, and sitemap configuration </li></ul><ul><li>Optimize page content and structure for target keywords as directed by the marketing team </li></ul><ul><li>Set up and verify Google Search Console for new client sites and ensure proper indexing </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all pages meet Core Web Vitals standards — particularly around load speed, layout stability, and interactivity </li></ul><ul><li>Implement schema markup where applicable to enhance search appearance for local service businesses </li></ul><h3>Local SEO Support </h3><ul><li>Optimize website content for local search — including location-based landing pages, service area pages, and NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency </li></ul><ul><li>Build and update location-specific pages for clients targeting multiple service areas </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure websites are structured to support Google Maps and Google Business Profile visibility </li></ul><h3>Website Maintenance &amp; Quality Control </h3><ul><li>Manage ongoing website updates across the client portfolio — content changes, image updates, new service pages, and promotional updates </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor website performance and flag any issues including broken links, slow load times, form errors, or indexing problems </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all client sites remain up to date with current content, offers, and accurate business information </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct regular quality checks to ensure design consistency, mobile responsiveness, and SEO compliance across all client sites </li></ul><h3>Collaboration &amp; Communication </h3><ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team to align website builds and updates with active campaigns, Google Ads landing pages, and SEO initiatives </li></ul><ul><li>Communicate clearly with the team on project timelines, completion status, and any blockers </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute ideas for improving website performance, conversion rates, and SEO outcomes for clients </li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Webflow — you can build complete, responsive websites in Webflow from scratch and are comfortable with its CMS, interactions, and publishing settings </li></ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals — title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, alt text, URL structure, and site speed </li></ul><ul><li>Strong eye for design — your layouts are clean, consistent, and visually aligned with the client brand </li></ul><ul><li>Experience building mobile-responsive websites that perform well across devices and screen sizes </li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable managing multiple client sites simultaneously and staying organized across a project portfolio </li></ul><ul><li>Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment — you manage your own workload and meet deadlines without needing constant follow-up </li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and basic SEO performance monitoring </li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of local SEO best practices — location pages, service area targeting, and NAP consistency </li></ul><ul><li>Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for custom code embeds or Webflow-specific tweaks </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Webflow CMS for managing blog posts, service pages, or dynamic content </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog for basic SEO auditing </li></ul><h3>Tools &amp;
