You translate commercial strategy into effective sales models, processes and behaviours — ensuring sales teams are set up to win, consistently.</p><p>Working closely with Growth Strategists, Revenue Operations specialists and Client Delivery Directors, you help clients improve how they sell: from structure and focus to execution quality and performance management.<br><br></p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><p><strong>Sales Strategy &amp; Operating Model Design</strong><br>You design and improve sales strategies and operating models that align with overall GTM and growth ambitions. This includes segmentation, coverage models, roles &amp; responsibilities and ways of working.</p><p><strong>Sales Process &amp; Methodology</strong><br>You define, standardise and optimise sales processes across the funnel — from lead follow-up and qualification to deal execution and expansion. You help teams work in a structured, repeatable way without adding unnecessary complexity.</p><p><strong>Pipeline &amp; Performance Management</strong><br>You support clients in building strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. You define the right KPIs, rhythms and cadences to drive predictability and accountability.</p><p><strong>Sales Enablement</strong><br>You develop and implement sales enablement assets such as playbooks, account plans, value propositions, pitch structures and negotiation frameworks — ensuring sales teams know <em>what</em> to do and <em>how</em> to do it.</p><p><strong>Incentives &amp; Performance Drivers</strong><br>You advise on sales incentives, targets and performance drivers, ensuring alignment between behaviour, motivation and commercial outcomes.</p><p><strong>Change &amp; Adoption</strong><br>You guide sales leaders and teams through change, ensuring new models and ways of working are actually adopted. You act as a trusted partner to sales leadership, balancing challenge with pragmatism.</p>

<h3>Your profile</h3><ul><li><p>8+ years of experience in sales, sales excellence, commercial consulting or revenue leadership roles (B2B)</p></li><li><p>Proven experience designing or improving sales processes, methodologies and operating models</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and complex sales cycles</p></li><li><p>Experience with pipeline management, forecasting and performance steering</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working with CRM data to drive insights and decisions</p></li><li><p>Commercially sharp, structured and pragmatic</p></li><li><p>Confident working with senior sales leaders and executive teams</p></li><li><p>Strong communicator, able to challenge constructively and drive alignment</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus</p></li><li><p>Based in (or close to) Amsterdam and eligible to work in the Netherlands</p></li></ul>
