Our Expansion team identifies and secures high-potential sites: shopping centers, parking facilities, major retail chains, business parks, retail parks, Greenfield... to deploy the charging stations of tomorrow.</p><p>As <strong>Sales Manager - SMB</strong>, you are responsible for driving commercial development across <strong>geographic areas defined by Electra</strong>. You prospect in a structured and autonomous manner, identify high-potential opportunities, and lead negotiations through to signature.</p><h4><strong>🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong>Prospect actively and methodically</strong> across Electra's target areas: identifying priority sites, qualifying opportunities, building a structured pipeline, and maintaining rigorous follow-through to closing.</p></li><li><p><strong>Manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously</strong>, maintaining strong CRM discipline and prioritizing high-impact actions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Drive sales cycles efficiently</strong>: outreach, rapid qualification, tailored commercial proposals, and closing within controlled timelines.</p></li><li><p><strong>Adapt Electra's value proposition</strong> to the specific needs of each stakeholder (property managers, administrative directors, building trustees, site managers) with clarity and relevance.</p></li><li><p><strong>Report field insights</strong> (local market dynamics, competitive landscape, high-potential site profiles) to continuously refine the SMB development strategy.</p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate with internal teams</strong> (technical, legal, deployment) to ensure the feasibility and timely execution of signed projects.</p></li></ul><h4><strong>😎 Your Profile</strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong>3 to 5 years of experience</strong> in a B2B sales role, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and new account development (energy, business services, SaaS, real estate, or a comparable sector).</p></li><li><p><strong>Structured approach to prospecting</strong>: you build and execute your prospecting plan with method, covering your target areas systematically and continuously optimizing based on results.</p></li><li><p><strong>Results-driven and autonomous</strong>: you manage your commercial activity independently, set your own priorities, and consistently meet your objectives without requiring day-to-day operational oversight.</p></li><li><p><strong>Rigorous pipeline management</strong>: you are proficient with CRM tools and track your performance indicators with precision (pipeline volume, conversion rate, time to close).</p></li><li><p><strong>Strong interpersonal skills</strong>: you build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders and adapt your commercial approach accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Fluent French required; professional English is a plus.</p></li></ul><h4><strong>⚡️ What Electra Offers You</strong></h4><ul><li><p>A key role in a massive international rollout of Europe's largest fast-charging network</p></li><li><p>Opportunities to grow across engineering, operations, and strategy</p></li><li><p>A collaborative and mission-driven environment</p></li><li><p>Real impact on the energy transition and the future of mobility</p></li><li><p>An attractive compensation package with fixed and variable components (evaluated and paid quarterly)</p></li><li><p>Brand-new offices in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris</p></li><li><p>2 days of remote work per week</p></li><li><p>Alan health insurance (50% covered by Electra)</p></li><li><p>Meal vouchers via Swile card (€10/day, 50% covered by Electra)</p></li><li><p>25 paid vacation days + 12 RTT (reduction of working time) days</p></li><li><p>SYNTEC collective agreement (including vacation bonus, additional leave for special occasions, etc.)</p></li><li><p>A quarterly company-wide event with the entire Electra team</p></li><li><p>Sustainable Mobility Package</p></li><li><p>Access to the company benefits platform (CSE) with numerous perks (culture, sports, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Access to a platform dedicated to mental health, supporting your well-being at work and beyond, including up to 4 sessions per year with certified practitioners, covered by Electra</p></li></ul><p>Even if your profile doesn't match 100% of every criterion, we encourage you to apply.
