We’re seeking a Tender and Proposal Executive who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about enabling teams to create compelling, high‑quality proposals. In this role, you will play an essential part in shaping client‑focused submissions by coordinating stakeholders, refining content, and supporting end‑to‑end tender processes. You will contribute to opportunities that drive meaningful impact for our clients, our community, and our Firm. Your Mission

As our new Tender and Proposal Executive, you will: Support the identification and assessment of prospective tenders.

Collaborate with Tender Managers across the full proposal lifecycle.

Edit, refine, and format proposal documents and related collateral such as cover letters, executive summaries, team biographies, and experience

statements.

Review

and amend tender responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Respond to content‑related queries while helping build networks of subject‑matter specialists across the Firm.

Work closely with Business Development and Marketing to deliver a seamless value chain for clients.

Track progress and follow up on deadlines in line with tender timelines.

Provide support on ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience drafting and reviewing written communications with the ability to tailor messaging under tight deadlines.

Enjoys working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Demonstrates excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.

Communicates confidently and builds relationships effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Can manage multiple proposals simultaneously through effective time and priority management.

Is highly organised, structured, and detail‑oriented.

Has

previous

experience preparing local or EU tenders (an advantage but not

required).
